Wind Point-backed STG Logistics acquires IWS

STG Logistics Inc, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired Florida-based International Warehouse Services Inc, a logistics provider of warehousing, trucking, brokerage and documentation, customs clearance, and distribution services.
