Kapwing, an online image and video editing platform, has secured $11 million in Series A funding. CRV led the round.
Silicon Valley-based Eko, a digital health company, has secured $20 million in Series B funding. ARTIS Ventures led the round.
Deliverr, an ecommerce fulfillment specialist, has raised $23 million in Series B funding, raising the company's total tally to $30 million, according to a blog post on its site. GLP led the round.
Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts-based RedPoint Global, a provider of customer data platform and customer engagement technologies, has secured $13.5 million in funding. Camden Partners led the round.
Verafin, a Canadian financial crime management software company, has completed a $515 million equity and debt recapitalization. Proceeds of the recap will be used for growth. Investors in the equity round were Spectrum Equity, Information Venture Partners, Northleaf Capital Partners, BDC Capital and Teralys Capital. Wells Fargo Capital Finance led the senior debt financing with participation from other backers that included Scotiabank.
Healthcare tech company Cured has secured $2.5 million in funding. Waterline Ventures led the round with participation from High Alpha Capital and Matchstick Ventures.
Cleveland-based Axuall, a next-generation digital network for verifying identity, credentials, and authenticity in real-time, has secured $3 million in seed financing. The lead investor was JumpStart.
Duda, a web design platform for digital agencies and SaaS platforms, has raised $25 million in funding. The investor was Susquehanna Growth Equity.
Berlin-based Tacalyx, a biotech company focused on the discovery and development of novel anti-TACA cancer therapies, has secured 7 million euros in seed funding. Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund and Kurma Partners led the round with participation from Idinvest Partners, High-Tech Gründerfonds, coparion and Creathor Ventures.
ZenBusiness, an online platform for small businesses, has secured $15 million in Series A funding. The investors included Greycroft, Lerer Hippeau, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Rosecliff Venture Partners, Interlock Partners and Recruit Strategic Partners.
