Darwinbox has raised $15 million in Series B funding, according to a blog post on its site. Sequoia led the round with participation from our previous backers Lightspeed, Endiya Partners and 3One4 Capital. Based in India, Darwinbox is a provider of cloud-based workforce management and analytics solutions for businesses.
Divvy, a platform for homeowners, has raised $43 million in Series B funding. The investors include GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, and Lennar.
Okapi, a commercial real estate-focused artificial intelligence platform, has secured $5.5 million in Series A funding. Marius Nacht, co-founder and chairman of Check Point Software Technologies, was the lead investor.
Salt Lake City-based Evernym, a provider of self-sovereign identity solutions, has raised $8 million in funding. The investors included Barclays Ventures and Medici Ventures.
Zylo, an enterprise SaaS optimization platform, has secured $22.5 million in Series B funding. Menlo Ventures led the round with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, High Alpha, Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, Salesforce Ventures and the Slack Fund. In addition to the funding, Matt Murphy of Menlo Ventures will join Zylo's board of directors.
Nestlé Health Science has made an investment in Before Brands Inc, a provider of early childhood food allergy prevention solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Previous backer Gurnet Point Capital invested alongside NHSc in this financing.
Newronika, a spin-off of neurological research centers Policlinico of Milan and University of Milan, has raised 8.4 million euros in Series A funding. Omnes led the round.
Dallas-based Fetch, an off-site package solution for apartment communities, has raised $10.5 million in Series A funding. Signal Peak Ventures led the round with participation from previous investors including Silverton Partners and Capital Factory.
Klar, a challenger bank "working to democratize bank services in Mexico" has raised $57.5 million in funding. Klar's investors include Quona Capital, Santander Innoventures, aCrew, FJ Labs, Arc Labs and Western Technology Investment.
Intelligent Growth Solutions Ltd, an Scottish-based indoor agritech and commercial lighting business, has raised 1.6 million pounds in funding. The investors included Ospraie Ag Science.
