Nexkey, a provider of mobile access control solutions, has raised $6 million in Series A funding. Upfront Ventures led the round.
Québec-based Voilà!, an employee-centric platform that simplifies scheduling and workforce optimization, has raised nearly $3 million in funding. The investors include Investissement Québec, Panache Ventures and Telegraph Hill Capital. The capital infusion will be used for personnel hiring, growth and to add business intelligence components.
Woburn, Massachusetts-based mmunoIMolecular Therapeutics, a developer of personalized therapies for autoimmune disease, has raised $10 million in Series A financing. JDRF T1D Fund and Morningside Ventures led the round with participation from the Colorado University Healthcare Innovation Fund.
San Francisco-based Grammarly, a provider of a AI-powered digital writing assistant, has received $90 million in funding. General Catalyst led the round with participation.
Brooklyn, New York-based Revel, a shared electric vehicle firm, has secured $27.6 million in Series A funding. Ibex Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Toyota AI Ventures, Maniv Mobility, Blue Collective and Launch Capital.
Nerd Street Gamers, an esports infrastructure company, has raised $12 million in Series A financing. Five Below Inc led the round with participation from Comcast, SeventySix Capital, Elevate Capital and angel investor George Miller. PJ Solomon advised Five Below on the transaction.
Shanghai-based XTransfer, a provider of cross-border financial services for China-based foreign trade enterprises, has closed $15 million in Series B-1 financing. The lead investor was eWTP Fund.
Israeli meat startup Future Meat Technologies has secured $14 million in Series A funding. S2G Ventures and Emerald Technology Ventures led the round.
Sunnyvale, California-based Clari, a provider of an AI-powered revenue operations platform, has secured $60 million in Series D financing. Sapphire Ventures led the round with participation from Madrona Venture Group, Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures and Tenaya Capital.
Tempest, a virtual program changing how individuals access recovery, has raised $10 million in Series A financing. Maveron Capital led the round.
