UK-based Hummingbird Technologies, an agricultural tech company, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series B funding. The investors include BASF Venture Capital, Canada’s TELUS Ventures, Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company and Downing Ventures.
UK-based Relative Insight, a language understanding platform, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. The investor was Maven Capital Partners.

Level Home Inc, a maker of a smart lock, has secured $71 million in funding. Walmart and Lennar Homes led the round.
TIMIA has agreed to invest US$3 million in an unidentified Connecticut-based software company. The financing includes an initial disbursement of US$1,400,000 and a further US$1,600,000 to be disbursed upon certain milestones being met over the term of the agreement. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, TIMIA is a specialty finance company.
CleverTap, an AI-powered customer lifecycle and user retention platform, has raised $35 million in Series C funding. Tiger Global Management and Sequoia India led the round.
