San Francisco-based Forager Project, an organic food company, has secured funding from Danone Manifesto Ventures. No financial terms were disclosed.
Amarna Therapeutics, a Dutch biotech firm, has raised 10 million euros in funding. Flerie Invest AB led the round.
Palo Alto, California-based Science Exchange, a SaaS-enabled marketplace for outsourced research and development, has secured $20 million in financing. Maverick Ventures and Norwest Venture Partners led the round.
Fitt, a location-based platform that connects people to healthy living experiences across fitness, food, outdoors, and events, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. Mountain State Capital led the round with participation from Riverfront Ventures, MINDBODY and TNC Ventures.
Palo Alto, California-based Carfit, an autotech and connected car startup, has secured an undisclosed amount of seed funding. The investors included CIC Capital Ventures, the North American venture capital arm of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and PlugandPlay.
Flashpoint, a provider of business risk intelligence solutions, has secured US$34 million in financing. The investors included Bank of Montreal’s technology and innovation banking group. The capital will be used for product development, expansion and customer acquisition. Flashpoint is also backed by Georgian Partners, Greycroft Partners, TechOperators, K2 Intelligence, Jump Capital, Leaders Fund, Bloomberg Beta and Cisco Investments.
SharpCloud Software has raised 4.5 million pounds in Series A funding, according to a blog post on its site. The investor was YFM Equity Partners. London-based SharpCloud is a provider of visual business collaboration software for strategic portfolio management.
Strapi, a headless content management system, has secured $4 million in seed funding, according to a blog post on its site. Accel and Stride.vc led the round.
Healx, an AI-powered and patient-inspired technology company focused on treating rare diseases, has raised $56 million in Series B financing. Atomico led the round with participation from other investors that included Intel Capital, Global Brain, btov Partners, Balderton Capital, Amadeus Capital Partners and Jonathan Milner.
Boston-based Realtime Robotics, a creator of responsive motion planning for industrial robots and autonomous vehicles, has raised $11.7 million in Series A funding. SPARX Asset Management led the round with participation from other investors that included Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Hyundai Motor Company, OMRON Ventures, Toyota AI Ventures, Scrum Ventures and the Duke Angel Network.
