California and Israel-based Upstream Security, a provider of cybersecurity for connected vehicles, has raised $30 million in Series B funding. Renault Venture Capital led the round with participation from other investors that included Group Venture Capital, Hyundai, Hyundai AutoEver, Nationwide Ventures, Charles River Ventures, Glilot Capital and Maniv Mobility.
Speechmatics said Oct. 21 that it raised 6.35 million pounds ($8.25 million) in Series A funding led by AlbionVC. IQ Capital, along with several angel investors, participated. Speechmatics, of London, is a speech recognition technology engine.
E.fundamentals raised 5.3 million pounds ($6.9 million) in funding led by Maven Capital Partners. Downing Ventures and Scottish Enterprise also participated in the round. E.fundamentals, of London, is an ecommerce analytics.
San Francisco Bay Area-based Motiv Power Systems, a provider of all-electric medium-duty chassis for buses and trucks, has secured $60 million in Series B funding. GMAG Holdings Corp and Winnebago led the round.
Evervault, a cloud infrastructure provider, has secured $3.2 million in seed funding, according to a Medium blog post. Sequoia led the round.
San Francisco-based Corelight, a provider of network traffic analysis solutions for cybersecurity, has raised $50 million in financing. Insight Partners and Accel led the round.
San Francisco-based Sisu, a diagnostic platform for structured data, has secured $52.5 million in Series B funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round with participation from other investors that included Andreessen Horowitz and Green Bay Ventures.
Versameb AG, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, has raised CHF 6.4 million in financing. The investors were not named.
Singapore-based Curiox Biosystems, a bioinstrumentation company, has raised $15 million in Series B funding. The investors included KB Investment, IMM Investment, QUAD Investment, HB Investment, DAYLI Investment and SV Investment.
Pensando Systems, an edge computing company, has raised $145 million in Series C funding. Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round.
