Disperse, a provider of AI-powered construction transformation systems, has raised $15 million in Series A funding. Northzone led the round.
New York City and San Francisco-based Octave, a behavioral health practice, has raised $11 million in Series A funding. Greycroft led the round with participation from Obvious Ventures.
San Francisco-based Roostify, a digital lending platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding. Santander InnoVentures led the round.
Benevity Inc said Oct. 22 that it raised $40 million in a Series C round from General Atlantic and JMI Equity. Benevity, of Calgary, provides corporate social responsibility and employee engagement software.
Instabase, a platform company for business applications, has raised $105 million in Series B funding. Index Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Greylock Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital, Tribe Capital, SC Ventures and Glynn Capital. In addition to the funding, Sarah Cannon, a partner at Index Ventures, will join Instabase’s board of directors.
GreenPark Sports has raised $8.5 million in seed funding. The investors included SignalFire, Sapphire Sports and Founders Fund. GreenPark Sports is a publisher and developer of digital experiences and mobile games for the sports and eSports fans.
Cleveland-based MediView XR Inc, a medical device company, has secured $4.5 million in seed funding. The investors included Inside View Investment LLC, Plug and Play Ventures and Northwest Ohio Tech Fund.
United Arab Emirates-based Bayzat, a provider of a platform for human resources, payroll and employee benefits, has raised $16 million in Series B funding. Point72 Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Mubadala Capital, Elm, Greyhound Capital, Endeavor Catalyst and Tech Invest Com.
San Diego-based biotech company Plexium has raised $28 million in Series A funding. DCVC Bio and The Column Group led the round with participation from M Ventures, CRV and Neotribe Ventures.
Commercetools, a German provider of next-generation commerce software, has secured $145 million in funding. The investor was Insight Partners.
