Fairfax, Virginia-based MarginEdge, a restaurant software platform, has raised $5 million in Series A funding. Osage Venture Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included In Good Company.
London-based Signal AI, an AI-powered business intelligence and media monitoring company, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. Redline Capital led the round with participation from other investors that included MMC Ventures, GMG Ventures and Hearst Ventures.

El Segundo, California-based EV Connect, a provider of cloud-based software platform for managing electric vehicle charging stations, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Ecosystem Integrity Fund led the round.
Santa Clara, California-based Verix Health, a maker of surgical devices, has secured $8 million in Series A financing. Ajax Health led the round with participation from Aperture Venture Partners and Western Technology Investment.
