Incode, a facial recognition company, has secured $10 million in seed funding. The investors were not named.
Bellevue, Washington-based Ally, a business performance management software provider, has raised $15 million in Series B funding. Tiger Global Management LLC led the round.
National Grid Partners had made investments in CNIGuard, SparkCognition and Uniphore. No financial terms were disclosed. CNIGuard is a builder of internet-of-things cloud sensors; SparkCognition is a platform that provides artificial intelligence systems; and Uniphore specializes in IoT and AI solutions.
Pollen, formerly known as Verve, has raised $60 million in funding. Northzone led the round with participation from other investors that included Sienna Capital, Draper Esprit, Backed and Kindred. In addition to the funding, Gareth Jefferies of Northzone and Timo Boldt, founder and CEO of Gousto, have joined the Pollen's board. Pollen is an invite-only marketplace that enables people to bring their friends to the best experiences and share rewards.
San Francisco-based Very Good Security, a data security company, has raised $35 million in Series B funding. Goldman Sachs led the round with participation from other investors that included Andreessen Horowitz and Vertex Ventures US.
Dublin-based Tines, a cybersecurity automation company, has secured $4.1 million in Series A funding. The investor was Blossom Capital.
Coople said Oct. 24 that it raised $32 million in a Series C funding round from a group of investors led by One Peak Partners and the growth equity business within the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking division. Coople, of London, is a European on-demand platform for flexible staff.
Marblehead, Massachusetts-based Allievex Corporation, a biotechnology company, has secured an undisclosed amount of Series A financing. Novo Holdings and Pappas Capital led the round. In addition to the funding, Allievex has named Dr. Kyle Rasbach, a managing partner at Pappas Ventures and Dr. Tiba Aynechi, a partner at Novo Holdings, to its board of directors.
Raydiant, a cloud-based display platform for businesses, has raised $7 million in financing. The lead investor was 8VC.
VoltDB, a data platform, has secured $10 million in Series C funding. The investors were not named.
