N3twork, a games, media and tech company, has raised $40 million in Series C financing. The investors were Griffin Gaming Partners, Galaxy Digital Capital, KPCB Holdings, Korea Investment Partners, TABLE, Blue Planet Software and Ocean Road. As part of the round, former Lionsgate Interactive President and Griffin Partner Peter Levin has joined N3twork's board of directors.
BigPanda Inc, a provider of an autonomous operations platform, has raised $50 million in Series C funding. Insight Partners led the round with participation from return backers Sequoia, Battery Ventures and Mayfield.
