ACV Auctions Inc, an online automotive marketplace, has secured $150 million in Series E funding. Wellington Management Company and Fidelity Management & Research Co. led the round with participation from other investors that included Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and Tribeca Venture Partners.
Elektra Labs, a healthcare-security company, has raised $2.9 million in seed funding. Maverick Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Arkitekt Ventures, Boost VC, Founder Collective, Lux Capital, SV Angel and Village Global.
Ping, a provider of automated timekeeping, has raised $13.2 million in Series A funding. Upfront Ventures led the round with participation from return backers BoxGroup, First Round Capital, Initialized Capital and Ulu Ventures.
Hong Kong-based Mapxus, an indoor mapping technology startup, is raising $3 million in funding. Beyond Ventures is leading the round.
Redwood City, California-based Styra, a cloud management company, has secured $14 million in Series A funding, according to a blog post on its site. Accel led the round with participation from Unusual Ventures and A.Capital.
Uploadcare, an end-to-end cloud platform, has secured $1.7 million in new funding. Runa Capital and Vendep Capital led the round.
Montreal-based Stradigi AI, an artificial intelligence company, has secured C$53 million (US$40.3 million) in Series A funding. The Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Investissement Québec led the round with participation from other investors that included Holdun Family Office, Segovia Capital Ltd and Cossette Inc.
Columbus, Ohio-based ​Loop, an e-commerce SaaS platform, has secured $10 million in Series A funding. FirstMark Capital led the round with participation from Lerer Hippeau and Ridge Ventures.
Fort Worth, Texas-based Actuate Therapeutics Inc, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, has raised $6.5 million in financing. Bios Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Kairos Ventures and DEFTA Partners.
Chicago and Boston-based Apervita, a platform for value-based collaboration in healthcare, has secured $22 million in funding. The investors included Optum Ventures, Pritzker Group Venture Capital, Baird Capital, Math Ventures and Levy Family Partners.
