Los Angeles-based Emerge, a cross-reality presence company, has secured $12 million in Series A funding. M13 led the round with participation from other backers that included Vulcan Capital and LionTree Partners.
Denver-based Guild Education, an edtech company, has raised $157 million in Series D financing. General Catalyst led the round.
Total Server Solutions, a hybrid cloud and edge solutions company, has secured $35.5 million in funding. Crestline Investors provided a $27.5 million credit facility while Layer 7 Capital provided a $8 million Series B equity facility.
DroneDeploy, an enterprise-grade drone software solution, has raised $35 million in Series D funding. Bessemer Venture Partners led the round. In addition to the funding, David Cowan, a partner at Bessemer, will join DroneDeploy's board.
Conservation Labs Inc, a maker of smart water monitors, has raised $1.7 million in seed funding. IrishAngels led the round with participation from the Amazon Alexa Fund, Serra Ventures, Mountain State Capital and Innovation Works.
Risalto Health, a digital health services company focused on musculoskeletal care, has raised $7 million in funding. The investor was Health Catalyst Capital Management.
La Jolla, California-based Avidity Biosciences, a biotechnology company, has secured $100 million in Series C financing. RTW Investments led the round. In addition to the funding, Dr. Roderick T. Wong, a managing partner of RTW Investments, will join Avidity Biosciences’ board of directors.
Xpeng Motors, a Chinese electric vehicle company, has secured $400 million in Series C funding. The investors included Xiaomi Corporation.
Salt Lake City-based Sera Prognostics Inc, a health diagnostics company, has secured $36 million in Series D funding. Blue Ox Healthcare Partners led the round with participation from other investors that included Domain Associates, InterWest Partners, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, Catalyst Health Ventures and Chione Ltd.
New York-based Reonomy, a provider of property intelligence, has secured $60 million in Series D funding. Georgian Partners led the round with participation from Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, Citi Ventures, Untitled Investments, Sapphire Ventures, Bain Capital and Primary Venture Partners.
