Tel Aviv- based Track160, an optical tracking based sports analytics company, has secured $5 million in Series A funding. ADvantage Sports Tech Fund led the round.
Salt Lake City-based SimpleCitizen, a provider of digital immigration and visa solutions, has raised $5.8 million in financing. Kickstart Seed Fund led the round with participation from other investors that included Pelion Ventures, Peterson Venture Partners, TSVC, Y Combinator, AppleTree Capital, Kima Ventures, Comcast Ventures and Investo.
Emeryville, California-based Kikoko, a cannabis wellness company for women, has secured $8 million in Series A funding. Bengal Capital led the round with participation from FlowKana.
Ottawa, Ontario-based Corsa Security, a provider of scaling network security solutions, has secured C$11 million in funding. The backer was Roadmap Capital. The capital infusion will be used for expansion.
Memfault, a provider of cloud-based monitoring solutions for hardware devices, has raised $2.5 million in funding. Uncork Capital led the round with participation from S28 Capital and Y Combinator.
Santa Monica, California-based FanAI, a performance sponsorship data platform, has secured $8 million in Series A funding. Marubeni Corporation led the round with participation from Allectus Capital, CRCM Ventures, Courtside Ventures, GC Tracker Fund, M Ventures, Sterling VC and GFR Fund.
Vancouver, British Columbia-based Charli AI, an intelligent automation startup, has secured $1.6 million in seed funding. The investors were Yaletown Partners and BDC Capital.
Refundit, a provider of mobile solutions that allows travelers to reclaim VAT refunds digitally, has secured $9.8 million in funding. Amadeus Ventures led the round.
San Francisco-based Virtual Kitchen Co, a food tech and logistics company focused on building delivery-optimized kitchens, has formally launched and announced it has raised $15 million in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Base10 Partners. As part of the funding, Andrew Chen from a16z and Adeyemi Ajao from Base10 will join the board. The company, founded in 2018 by Ken Chong, Matt Sawchuck and Andro Radonich, has now raised $17 million in total funding.
Oregon-based SheerID, an identity marketing company, has raised $64 million in funding. CVC Growth Partners led the round.
