Coretelligent, a portfolio company of VSS, has acquired SoundView IT Solutions LLC, a managed services IT firm. No financial terms were disclosed. Morgan Partners served as financial adviser on this transaction.
Standish Management has agreed to acquire Halsey Group, a Luxembourg-based fund and corporate services provider dedicated to international private equity and real estate investment firms. No financial terms were disclosed.
Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc said Nov. 20 that it acquired ClearStructure Financial Technology. Financial terms weren’t announced. ClearStructure Financial Technology provides portfolio management solutions for the private debt markets.

Calero Software, which is backed by Riverside Partners, and MDSL, which is backed by Sumeru Equity Partners, are planning to merge. No financial terms were disclosed. Oak Hill Capital and Riverside will be the lead investors in the transaction. SEP will continue as a "significant" investor in the combined business. Calero and MDSL are software providers in the recurring technology expense management space. The deal is expected to close in either the late fourth quarter of this year or in the early quarter of 2020.

Intrepid Solutions and Services Inc, a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners LLC, has acquired BWM Outcomes, a provider of cybersecurity and intelligence analysis services. No financial terms were disclosed. Holland and Knight provided legal advice to Intrepid while PilleroMazza PLLC did likewise to BWM.
The Hilb Group, a portfolio company of Abry Partners, has acquired North Carolina-based Employee Benefit Advisors of the Carolinas LLC, a employee benefits agency for small to mid-market businesses in the Southeast region. No financial terms were disclosed.
Radius Aerospace Inc, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired UK-based Doncasters Group Limited’s aerospace forming and fabricating business. The business has been renamed Radius Europe but will also trade under its historical Bramah and Shrewsbury names. No financial terms were disclosed.
The Charles Schwab Corporation has agreed to acquire acquire assets of USAA’s Investment Management Company, including brokerage and managed portfolio accounts. The purchase price is $1.8 billion. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC was financial adviser to Charles Schwab with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP providing legal advice. And, Goldman Sachs was financial adviser to USAA while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as legal adviser.
