Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Beach worked as chief financial officer for Advanced Lighting Technologies. 

Earlier in her career, Myles held roles at Redcats USA, a direct-to-consumer women's clothing company, and at J. Jill Group as senior manager, FP&A. 

Toothman previously worked at Oaktree Capital, where she managed fund formation and operations, regulatory compliance and other legal issues. 

Former CEO Paul Frascoia is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, but will remain a senior adviser.

Melville will take direct responsibility over various subscription-based brands including Private Equity International, Buyouts, PE Hub, SecondariesInvestor, Private Funds CFO, Venture Capital Journal and Regulatory Compliance Watch.

Loibner, who joins the investment team to focus on sourcing and executing deals across industries, joined from Z Capital Partners, where he was a director.

This is Great Hill's third partnership with Stevenson and Thompson, who were CEO and CSO, respectively, at Latisys, and Symmetry. 

Patel previously worked at Amro Real Estate Partners, where he was investment director. Nicholas Black formerly worked at Buro Four, a project management consultancy. 

Sozo plans to raise a fund later in 2020 that targets assets, properties and corporate opportunities.

Salmon was a partner at Duke Street, prior to which he was a partner at 3i, where he co-managed the U.K. team.
