Warburg Pincus has sold Accelya to Vista Equity Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Evercore served as financial advisers to Accelya and Warburg Pincus on the deal while Goldman Sachs and Houlihan Lokey did likewise for Vista. Accelya is a provider of financial, commercial and analytics solutions to the airline and travel industry.
Providence Equity Partners has made a majority investment in n2y LLC, a provider of software, curriculum and tools to the K-12 special education market. No financial terms were disclosed. The Riverside Company, which invested in n2y in 2016, will retain an ownership stake in the business.
Vobile Inc has acquired Zefr's Rights ID and Channel ID businesses for about $90 million.The acquired businesses focus on content monetization and viewer engagement maximization. Accel-KKR Credit Partners provided the financing for the deal.

HKW has acquired Houston-based John M. Floyd & Associates Inc, a provider of software and consulting solutions designed to optimize overdraft programs for regional/community banks and credit unions. No financial terms were disclosed. Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP served as legal counsel to HKW while Foley & Lardner LLP did likewise for JMFA.
Ethos Capital has agreed to acquire Public Interest Registry, a manager and operator of the .ORG domain, from Internet Society. No financial terms were disclosed. The deal is expected to close during the first quarter of the next year. Goldman Sachs is serving as financial adviser to both the Internet Society and PIR while Macquarie Capital is doing likewise to Ethos Capital.
Gorge Holdings has sold Western Shelter Systems and CrewBoss to Guardian Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Western Shelter is a provider of turnkey shelter and custom mobile solutions for emergency responders, military and commercial customers. And, CrewBoss designs and manufactures personal protective equipment for men and women in the fire service. Both are headquartered in Eugene, Oregon.
Avante Logixx Inc, a Toronto-based provider of high-end security services, has secured up to $18 million from Fairfax Financial in a private placement. Also, Avante has agreed to acquire Milton, Ontario-based ASAP, a provider of physical security services, for $10.5 million. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as financial adviser to Avante on the private placement.
Canadian private equity firm ONCAP has acquired Texas-based Enertech, a provider of wireless infrastructure services to telecommunications carriers and tower owners throughout the Southern, Central and Pacific Northwest regions of the U.S. The seller was Tower Arch Capital LLC. No financial terms were disclosed.
Advent International has agreed to acquire Washington, D.C.-based Mariana Tek, a software company serving boutique fitness brands. No financial terms were disclosed.
