NanoDimension makes first investment
Spanish tech VC Adara Venture has sold Eyesquad, a German specialist in micro-camera technology, to Tessera, a US electronics business, for €15.2m. Eyesquad was founded in early 2005 and attracted €4m in a series A round from both Adara and German firm Baytech Venture Capital, which also sold its stake.
