Spark Infrastructure rejects takeover bid from investor group: Reuters

Australia’s Spark Infrastructure has rejected a $3.67 billion takeover bid by a consortium that includes KKR and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, but kept its door open to further talks, Reuters reported.
