Rogers deal would see Xplornet acquire Freedom Mobile: G&M

Rogers Communications has presented the federal government with a deal that would see Xplornet Communications acquire Freedom Mobile to win approval for Rogers’s C$26 billion takeover of Shaw Communications, the Globe and Mail reported.
