ProSiebenSat.1 and General Atlantic to acquire The Meet Group

ProSiebenSat.1's and General Atlantic’s joint company NuCom Group have agreed to acquire New Hope, Pennsylvania-based The Meet Group, a portfolio of mobile dating apps.
