The successful candidate will play a central role in all aspects of executing live M&A transactions across all industry sectors. Duties include creating complex financial models and valuation analyses, managing day-to-day deal execution, assisting clients in due diligence, and providing leadership to analysts. Qualifications include at least two years of experience in capital markets, investment banking or a corporate finance-related role.
