Duties include sourcing and analyzing opportunities, developing segment and/or market strategies, and assisting in integration efforts related to M&A transactions. The successful candidate will have three to six years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or corporate development, with a track record of M&A work. The position is located in New York.

Responsibilities include managing the global M&A pipeline and executing transactions (including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, etc.).
