Gryphon Investors-backed Right Time acquires Romaniuk

Right Time Group of Companies, majority owned by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning, an Edmonton, Alberta-based provider of residential and commercial HVAC, air quality, plumbing and hot water services.
