PE-backed Minimizer buys Premier Manufacturing

Minimizer LLC, which is backed by Capital Partners, has acquired Oregon-based Premier Manufacturing, a maker of specialized, safety-critical couplings and components for heavy duty commercial transport and industrial applications.
