ARC-backed Longshore closes buy of Rifle Shot, Steelhead, Primavera

Longshore Resources, a Calgary-based oil and gas exploration and development company, has completed its acquisition of Rifle Shot Oil, Steelhead Petroleum, and Primavera Resources.
