Dye & Durham closes IPO’s over-allotment option, raises C$172.5m

Dye & Durham, a portfolio company of Manulife Capital, has secured an additional C$22.5 million from the over-allotment option granted as part of its initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
