Canadian affiliate of PE-backed Barcodes buys EXA Systémes

OCR Canada, an affiliate of Barcodes Group, has acquired EXA Systémes, a Saint-Laurent, Quebec-based provider of warehousing management, machine vision and labelling solutions.
