Oaktree-backed Shoals Technology Group debuts IPO

Shoals Technology Group Inc, a provider of electrical balance of systems solutions for solar, storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, has gone public after pricing its IPO of 77 million shares at $25 per share.
