Pluck Inc., an Austin, Texas-based provider of social media solutions for online publishers, has raised $7 million in Series B-1 funding. Reuters was joined on the deal by return backers Austin Ventures and Mayfield. It now has raised around $17 million in total VC funding since its 2003 inception. www.pluck.com
