Kelvin Liu has joined Invesco as a principal in the firm's private equity fund-of-funds group. Liu spent the last seven years as director of North American operations for TIF Ventures, a $1.3 billion Singaporean fund-of-funds.  Previously, he was the director of the National Science and Technology Board. www.invesco.com
