Select Medical Corp., a Mechanicsburgh, Pa.-based portfolio company of Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe and Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, has agreed to acquire HealthSouth Corp.'s Outpatient Rehabilitation division for approximately $245 million in cash.
