Reef Point Systems Inc., a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of gateway platforms and solutions for fixed-mobile convergence networks, has raised $25 million in its second round of funding since a 2005 venture recap. Andreas Hautkappe, Rolf Huenermann and Stefan Joergens have joined Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as Germany-based partners focused on private equity transactions.
