Geovera Insurance Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda-based residential property insurer, has filed for a $115 million. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol GEOV, with JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch serving as co-lead underwriters. Shareholders include Hellman & Friedman (65.1% pre-IPO stake) and Friedman Fleischer & Lowe (32.5%).
