Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) has agreed to acquire NetDevices Inc., a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based maker of services gateway products for enterprise branch networks. No financial terms were disclosed. NetDevices has raised around $48 million in VC funding since its 2003 formation, from firms like Artiman Ventures, Columbia Capital, ComVentures and JumpStartUp Advisors. www.netd.com
