uLocate Communications Inc., a Framingham, Mass.-based publisher of location-enabled mobile applications, has raised $11 million in Series C funding. KKR has agreed to sell Cleanaway Holdings Ltd., a provider of waste management services in Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan, to Transpacific Industries Group Ltd. for Au$1.25 billion.
