Main Line Broadcasting, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire ten radio stations from Radio One Inc. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which includes stations in the Louisville, Kentucky and Dayton, Ohio markets. www.mlbroadcasting.com
