Imperial Innovations Group PLC, the technology commercialisation and investment company, and London-focused The Capital Fund have together invested Gbp850,000 to co-lead an investment round of Gbp2.44 million for IXICO Ltd., an image analysis solutions provider for the pharmaceutical industry.

Vibrynt Inc., a Mountain View, Calif.-based medical device startup, has raised around $16 million in Series A funding, according to a regulatory filing. New Enterprise Associates led the deal, and was joined by Delphi Ventures.
