The Qualicaps Group, a maker of empty gelatin and non-gelatin capsules and capsule filling equipment, has acquired two companies: Pharmaphil Inc. and Technophar Equipment & Service Ltd. Standard Aero Inc., a Winnipeg, Canada-based provider of repair services at airport terminals, has agreed to acquire TSS Aviation Inc. for approximately $65 million.
