Three All Inc., a Palo Alto, Calif.-based operator of travel review operator Kango.com, has raised $3.95 million in Series A funding, according to a regulatory filing. Shasta Ventures led the round, with Tod Francis taking a board seat. www.kango.com
XPD Media, a multi-platform gaming startup, has raised just over $2 million in Series A funding, according to a regulatory filing. Backers include True Ventures and Pilot House. The company is run by Robin Chan, former director of entertainment programming for Verizon. It does not yet have a public website.
Veronis Suhler Stevenson is raising upwards of $300 million for its second structured credit fund, which provides non-control capital to mid-market media companies to assist with acquisitions, product launches, buyouts and other corporate and owner initiatives. Oversight Systems Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of automated transaction monitoring software, has called down $10.2 million of a $13.2 million Series B round, according to a regulatory filing.
