TA Associates has completed a majority investment in Towne Park, a provider of outsourced parking management and other specialized hospitality services to the hotel and healthcare industries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the deal, existing investor Camden Partners sold its stake in Towne Park, while existing investor HarbourVest Partners re-invested in the company.
Swander Pace Capital has invested in aden + anais, a lifestyle brand and provider of infant and juvenile products. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Polyform Products Company, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of polymer clay products worldwide. Levine Leichtman partnered with management on the deal. Polyform is the fourth deal from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners SBIC Fund, a $225 million investment vehicle.
Rotunda Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Discount Ramps. The financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
American Industrial Partners has completed the acquisition of the Transportation Products division of Carlisle Companies Inc on Dec. 31, 2013. The division manufactures specialty tires, wheels and power transmission belts  for a diverse range of end markets. AIP made the investment from American Industrial Partners Capital Fund V, a $717.5 million fund that closed in 2011.
MVC Capital has completed a $7 million follow-on debt investment in Morey's Seafood International, an existing portfolio company. MVC completed an $8 million initial debt investment in Morey's in August 2013.
Investcorp has acquired a significant minority stake in Namet Gida Sanayi ve Ticareti A.S. Namet is a Turkish producer of fresh cut and packaged processed red meat products such as soujouk, pastrami, salami, sausages, smoked meats and frozen and ready to eat burgers.
Sterling Partners has completed its acquisition of Innotrac Corp. for $8.20 per share in cash. Based near Atlanta, Georgia, Innotrac Corp. is a provider of integrated digital technology, fulfillment and contact center solutions to support global brands.
Falconhead Capital said Monday that it has sold NYDJ Apparel to Crestview Partners and Maybrook Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Morgan Stanley advised NYDJ on the transaction. Headquartered in Vernon, Calif., NYDJ is a top women's denim apparel brand.
Oak Hill Advisors and OHorizons Global said Monday that it has acquired DGH-Group from insolvency administrator Dr. Franz-Ludwig Danko. No financial terms were disclosed. Also, Volker J. Barth has been named executive chairman of DGH-Group. Based in Dohna, Germany, DGH-Group is a provider of aluminum and magnesium high pressure die casting components for the automotive sector.
