French financial holding company Eurazeo will pay 132 million euro ($184.4 million) to buy OFI Private Equity, Reuters reported. Eurazeo will offer 10 of its shares for every 54 shares in OFI. The offer values OFI at 10.52 euros per share, representing a 14% premium to the company's stock price at Thursday's close, Reuters wrote.
Alcatel-Lucent is meeting with private equity firms and other potential suitors this week to scout interest in its $1 billion plus enterprise business, Reuters reported. Summit Partners and TA Associates will invest $350 million to recap Hamburg-based online gaming company Bigpoint GmbH. TA Associates and Summit Partners jointly will own a controlling share of Bigpoint. Previous shareholder Comcast Interactive Capital’s Peacock Equity Fund will sell their holdings in this transaction. GMT Communications Partners and GE will sell a majority of their stakes, the company said in a written release. Montgomery & Co. acted as advisor for Bigpoint; and NOAH Advisors acted as advisor for Summit Partners and TA Associates.
L Capital, a private equity manager backed by French luxury goods giant LVMH, has launched a $650 million private equity fund for consumer deals in China, India and Southeast Asia, Reuters reported. The fund, L Capital Asia, will take minority stakes in retail, food and beverage and beauty and wellness companies, Reuters wrote. The fund expects to invest $200 million this year, and will reportedly announce one Chinese and one Indian fashion company investment within the next 60 days.

Evanston, Illinois-based private equity firm Industrial Opportunity Partners has recapitalized privately held Roadtrek Motorhomes Inc. Roadtrek is based in Ontario, and is a designer and manufacturer of motorhomes and camper vans. Terms of the deal were not released. Industrial Opportunity Partners is partnering in its investment with the current sole shareholder, Jeff Hanemaayer, who will remain as co-chairman. Andy Weller, an IOP Operating Principal, will become a co-chairman.
Boston-based private equity firm TA Associates has acquired a 54.4% stake in Stadion Money Management, an investment management firm with roughly $6.7 billion under management. Terms of the deal were not released. Formed in 1991, Stadion provides investment management services via mutual funds, separate accounts and retirement accounts.
Enterprise software maker Lawson Software announced that it will be acquired by GGC Software Holdings Inc., an affiliate of buyout shop Golden Gate Capital, and privately held software company Infor. The deal values Lawson at roughly $2 billion. Golden Gate Capital and Infor, will pay $11.25 per share for Lawson, a discount of about 7% to Monday’s closing price. The deal is expected to close during the third quarter.
