Gen 22 II Fund Services, a private equity fund administrator based in New York, has announced the promotions of three people to managing director:  Ariel Jorge, Rose Kim, and Michael Tesoro.  Jorge joined Gen II from Citi Private Equity Services, Inc., where he served as a VP. Kim and Tesoro were both previously VPs at Credit Suisse Alternative Investments. An earlier version of this story misidentified the firm.

Lawn Doctor, the New Jersey-based franchisor of lawn care businesses, has been acquired by private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, the California-based private equity firm. Specifics of the deal were not disclosed. Sperry, Mitchell & Co. advised on the deal to the seller.
Keen Transport Inc., the Pennsylvania-based logistics and transportation services provider for heavy equipment businesses, has been acquired by Platinum Equity. Specifics of the deal were not disclosed; M&T Investment Banking Group was the adviser to the Keen family for the deal.

Wind Point Partners has bought Interface Solutions in partnership with Bill Warkentin. Financial terms weren't announced. Interface designs and makes fiber-reinforced gasket materials for automotive, heavy-duty diesel, small engine, transmission and compressor applications. Publicly traded Internap Network Services Corp. will pay $30 million, plus up to $5 million in milestone payments, to acquire Voxel Holdings Inc., a provider of scalable hosting and cloud services for the enterprise. Voxel was backed by Seaport Capital in New York. DH Capital served as financial advisor for Voxel.
New York-based buyout shop Blue Wolf Capital Partners has acquired Channel Technologies Group, a manufacturer and supplier of piezo-electric ceramics, transducers and complex systems and services. Terms of the deal were not released. Blue Wolf bought the company from Channel Technologies Inc.
