Mosaic Capital delists with close of sale to Fairfax, MCC

Canadian private equity firm Mosaic Capital Corp has closed the previously announced sale of itself to a vehicle controlled by Fairfax Financial Holdings and Mark Yusishen's MCC Holdings.
