Monroe supports Vivo Capital’s buyout of Serán

Monroe Capital has provided a senior credit facility to back Vivo Capital's acquisition of Bend, Oregon-based Serán Bioscience Inc, a provider of development, analytical and clinical manufacturing services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
