Lamonde-Morin vehicle increases offer to take Exfo private

A vehicle controlled by Germain Lamonde and Philippe Morin has upped its offer to acquire shares of Exfo, a Quebec City-based developer of test, monitoring and analytics solutions for the communications industry.
