Kinderhook-backed All States Ag Parts buys Hoye Tractor

All States Ag Partners LLC, which is backed by Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Iowa Park, Texas-based Hoye Tractor Parts Inc, a provider of new aftermarket and used tractor parts primarily for Yanmar tractors.
