OMERS Private Equity-owned Kenan buys Paul’s Hauling

The Canadian affiliate of Kenan Advantage Group, a portfolio company of OMERS Private Equity, has acquired Paul’s Hauling, a Winnipeg-based provider of bulk transport services.
