Investor group to acquire stake in ADNOC gas pipeline assets

A consortium of investors that includes Global Infrastructure Partners, Brookfield Asset Management and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, has agreed to acquire a 49 percent stake in the gas pipeline assets of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
