Olympus-backed Heniff buys Premier Bulk Systems

Oakbrook, Illinois-based Heniff Transportation Systems has acquired Premier Bulk Systems, a Gormley, Ontario-based provider of bulk transportation services for chemical and non-chemical commodities.
